Responsable du développement et de la mise en œuvre des programmes et politiques de santé, sécurité et environnement (SSE). Agir en tant qu'expert local en la matière pour les sujets SSE.
- Effectuer des évaluations périodiques des programmes et audits SSE du site. Identifier les dangers ou les risques potentiels.
- Gérer les indices de performances en SSE afin d’évaluer l'état actuel et fournir une base pour une amélioration continue. Fournir ceux-ci à la haute direction.
- Responsable d'assurer la conformité de l'usine à toutes les réglementations SSE provinciales, locales et fédérales incluant la CNESST, le MELCCFP, Environnement Canada, Transports Canada et la ville de Sainte-Thérèse.
- S'engager activement avec les employés et les sous-contractants sur le terrain. Travailler avec les sous-contractants pour assurer la sécurité sur le site, y compris la qualification des sous-contractants, la planification et la formation préalables aux travaux, ainsi que la délivrance de permis de travail.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les employés pour fournir une formation SSE au personnel et monitorer les résultats pour les problèmes de gestion SSE.
- Diriger les enquêtes sur les incidents, y compris la détermination des causes racines et l'élaboration d'actions correctives pour éviter toute répétition. Assurer la supervision et la gestion des mesures d’action liées à SSE du site.
- Fournir un soutien sur les projets d'investissement, y compris l'achèvement de nouvelles installations.
- Assurer la supervision et le soutien du système PSM (Process Safety Management).
- Aider en ce qui concerne les questions et problèmes liés aux ressources humaines tels que l'orientation des nouveaux employés et l'indemnisation des accidents du travail, etc.

**Responsabilités professionnelles préférées**:

- Responsable d'assurer la conformité de l'usine à toutes les réglementations SSE provinciales, locales et fédérales incluant la CNESST, le MELCCFP, Environnement Canada, Transports Canada et la ville de Sainte-Thérèse.
- Responsable de la préparation et de la soumission en temps opportun de tous les suivis et rapports SSE requis par les réglementations environnementales (INRP, IQÉA, GDMR, Prélèvement d'eau, PIU, règlement sur les urgences environnementales) et toute autres réglementations SSE.

**Exigences du poste de Spécialiste en santé, sécurité et environnement I**:

- Baccalauréat en SSE/Ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Plus de 7+ ans d'expérience en environnement, santé, sécurité et hygiène industrielle.
- Doit-être disponible 24/24 afin de répondre à des situations d’urgence.
- Bilingue français/anglais. L'anglais est nécessaire car la personne dans ce poste se rapporte aussi au Directeur/trice Santé, Sécurité et Environment de l'entreprise (situé au États-Unis). Des communications journalières avec des compères des autres usines en Amérique du Nord sont nécessaires.
- Travail en présentiel
- Expérience en gestion PSM (Process Safety Management) un atout.
- Souci du détail et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
- Microsoft Office, y compris des compétences avancées en Excel.
- Doit être capable d'entretenir des relations de travail collaboratives avec le personnel de l'usine, les superviseurs de production, les opérateurs et le personnel de maintenance.
- Voyagement à l’extérieurs de l’usine inférieurs à 5 % ; doit être disponible pour répondre aux incidents et/ou assurer une couverture après les heures d'ouverture, selon les besoins.
