Chatime is a Taiwanese brand that was founded in 2005 with over 1000 retail outlets in Taiwan, Canada, USA and 13 other countries. Our motto is "Good Tea, Good Time".

**Qualifications**
- Train, and supervise all Tearistas in all aspects of their job responsibilities including customer service, company history, product knowledge, and basic store operations
- Develop all Tearistas by engaging them to build their skills so they realize their personal best, both as individuals and as thriving teams
- Handle employee relations issues and or concerns, up-level to a Manager if necessary
- Maintain adequate floor coverage while maintaining a strong self presence behind the counter to ensure a high speed of service
- Model suggestive selling techniques and excellent customer service to create a positive shopping experience for our customers, and a high-morale work environment for fellow team members
- Ensure that all product presentation is maintained to company standards
- Maintain store safety
- Identify and discuss operational issues/concerns with Operating Manager
- Utilize an efficient and organized office filing and in-store communication system
- Constantly drive to build sales and improve profitability by continually building business acumen, efficiency and problem-solving skills
- Maintain a consistently clean and well-maintained sales floor and stock room
- Maintain an effective cleaning schedule to prolong the life of all equipment
- Quickly report all equipment issues to a Manager as soon as possible
- Integrate the business with the community to create positive experiences for our customers and all team members

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
