Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team.

**Full job description**
- Minimum 3 years Administrative Assistant experience required
- Manufacturing Environment Experience
- Proficient in Sage Accounting
- Greeting visitors and answering/directing phone calls
- HR Duties - Set up new hires into the database, Sage and provide WHMIS training
- Experience entering payables and receivables in Sage
- Accounts Payable invoice matching and confirming pricing through an ERP System.
- WSIB data entry in all aspects - Form 7 and E-Certificates to be kept up to date
- Remove jobs off the bracket list in Excel.
- Maintain filing systems in database.
- Office Supplies' inventory and ordering
- Government paperwork and renewals for Truck entering the USA
- Other general office duties as required
- Must be proficient working with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must have experience using an ERP System - E2 Shoptech/Job Boss.
- Must have a valid drivers license and your own transportation.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
