**Maximum Property Solutions** is a regional property management company specializing in vacant/distressed properties, with a growing portfolio of tenanted and rental units. We are now seeking an eager new team member who is a fast learner and has proven themselves to be a "High Capacity" person.
You will work as part of a professional team in an office setting, Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. You will manage your own portfolio of properties and will be called upon to make quick and accurate decisions as it relates to managing and maintaining the properties under our care. And, as part of a team you will assist others with daily administrative responsibilities

- Great memory recall, organization, and analytical skills
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office with the ability to type 70+ WPM

- Motivated, eager to learn
- **Prior experience in a customer service role**:
- Previous experience in property management or construction will be of value
- Speaking French is not required, but would be considered an asset
