Our Thunder Bay office is looking for a **Senior Administrative Professional **to join the team and will own the following responsibilities:

- Provide excellent administrative support to Partners/senior leadership including calendar management, meeting support, and drafting correspondence/documents with a high level of precision and confidentiality
- Lead workflow software/systems including tracking and reporting
- Prepare, proof-read, and format correspondence, presentations, reports, or other documents
- Provide support, mentorship and assist with task delegation to a team of administrative assistants
- Interact independently with clients to support basic enquiries and information requests, and know when to escalate as necessary
- Perform other administrative duties as needed

- You offer good judgment and analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail
- You can work in a deadline-driven work environment and deal with confidential information
- You have strong problem solving and communication skills both written and oralYou value teamwork, client service and quality in detailed work
