Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Manage the front desk area and ensure it is clean and presentable
- Assist with general office tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing
- Provide administrative support to Sales Manager

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Knowledge of Canva is a plus
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Experience working in a real estate office would be an asset, but not required
