**Corporate Administrative Specialist - MLTA-REG-202402-008**

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Preparing annual maintenance corporate packages and filing of annual returns
- Scanning and filing corporate documents
- Maintaining the corporate database
- Assisting with monthly invoicing and reminder statements
- Preparing and filing documents for partnerships and business names with SK
- Conducting corporate searches
- Responding to daily inquiries from counsel and clients and handling day-to-day corporate matters
- Assisting paralegals with corporate transactional work as required and needed
- Other responsibilities as required

**Qualifications Include**:

- Graduate of a recognized administrative assistant program (equivalencies will be considered)
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant
- Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
