Overview:
**The Role**:
We are seeking an eCommerce National Account Manager to join our fast and growing eCommerce Team. As an eComm National Account Manager you will be required to directly call on Amazon, Uber Eats and Instacart, as well as consult with our sales team on our gas and convenience channel on how we can win in eCommerce. This role resides on the Sales Team but reports into eComm Team Lead, under the Growth Hub Channel. You will work closely with our cross functional partners to drive the agenda with these exciting and fast paced customers and assist PepsiCo in meeting its sales and share goals.

**Responsibilities**:
**What you’ll be working on**:
- The eCommerce National Account Manager is responsible for calling directly on Amazon Retail, which includes negotiation annual contracts, costing, trade, and developing promotional strategy, leading and commercializing new product, listing new products, and winning share. This role will also be responsible for working directly with Amazon Advertising, to drive upper funnel tactic in partnership with select brands and lower funnel tactics.
- In addition to calling on Amazon, this role also directly manages Instacart and Uber Eats. These customers are unique in that they require shopper marketing support, and an expertise in digital marketing, including upper and lower funnel tactics. The eComm National Account Manager will be required to create a shopper marketing calendar full of programs that latter to the boarder PepsiCo Foods plans for both Quaker/and Frito.
- This role will be requiring you to work closely with the eComm Team Lead and our National Account Team to consult on how we can drive the eConvenience business with 3rd party aggregators, such as Door Dash, Skip and Uber Eats. Partnering with them on customer calls and mapping out strategies that would best fit this growing part of eComm.
- Lastly this role will also be required to source new business opportunities within eComm.
Qualifications:
**Who’s a good fit for the team**:
- Post-secondary education (BS/BA minimum)
- 3+ years key account experience (experience with Amazon would be an asset)
- Working knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central is an asset
- Understanding of interactive marketing and online media is an asset
- Exposure to warehouse go to market. Working Amazon supply chain is an asset.
- 1+ Digital and Shopper Marketing Experience is an asset (exposure to paid search onsite, Amazon, Instacart, Uber)
- Assist in optimizing discoverability and relevancy through Amazon Advertising and build strong promotional plan to deliver share and results.
- Be able to synthetize large data sets to relevant, actionable, insights and made recommendations.
- Ability to quickly create plans, rally teams to drive the agenda.
- Multitask and focus in a fast-paced working environment.
- Organized, with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- This person must maintain high level of internal contacts both with internal cross functional PepsiCo employees but also have a strong understanding of Amazon’s business model, and performance marketing along with supply chain.
- Exposure to eConvenience (Uber, Skip, Door Dash) and Concierge customers (Instacart and Uber Eats) is an asset but not required.
