Property Manager - 30 Unit Residentials

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle a wide range of occupancy matters; addressing member inquiries, requests, and concerns
- Ensure the Housing Agreement, Bylaws, and Policies are applied
- coordinate and schedules move in/move out responsibilities
- oversee maintenance contractors with support
- Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and internet use.

- Must maintain high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
- Flexible and adaptable to constantly changing needs within the organization
- ** Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:

- Degree/diploma and/or an equivalent customer service, property management, business administration, communication, or related field
- Previous property management field experience
- can pass a security clearance
- MUST HAVE BACKGROUND IN PROPERTY MANAGMENT
