Job Title: Condominium Property ManagerSalary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Condominium Property Manager to join our team in Edmonton, Alberta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing condominium properties, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage condominium properties, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Licensed through the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in managing condominium or HOA properties
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and negotiating skills
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook (Yardi Property Management preferred but not required)
  • A true passion for delivering exceptional customer service
