**Your Opportunity**
roles:
**Program Facilitator (4 positions)**
As a Program Facilitator, you will lead various recreational activities for individuals with
neurodiversities, such as Boccia Try It Sessions, Challenger Baseball Sessions, and Play in the Park
Activities. You will collaborate with partner organizations, including Flower Cart Opportunities,
CAPRE, Horton High School Learning Centre, Shannex Orchard Court Home, Include Me, L'Arche
Homefire, and the Annapolis Valley Chapter of Autism Nova Scotia.
- We are looking for individuals who are:

- Experienced in working with individuals with neurodiversities or in recreational facilitation.
- Strong communicators with the ability to connect with diverse groups.
- Passionate about promoting inclusion and creating positive recreational experiences.
- Flexible and willing to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
- CPR/First Aid certified (an asset).
- Experienced in recreational program delivery.
- Enthusiastic, organized, and a motivated self-starter.
- A creative problem solver and able to adapt quickly.
- Willing to learn and be part of a dynamic team.

This position will run from November 2024 to April 2025 with majority of work time between the
hours of 9:00am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Pending budget approval, compensation for this
position is $18/hr., based on a 3 to 5-hour work week.
