Go Powersports is growing and we require a full-time **SALES MANAGER **for our Kentville location.As **SALES** **MANAGER **you will be responsible for ensuring the Sales Team adheres to the sales process and meets objectives, all while delivering world-class customer service.

**Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide world-class customer service,
- Manage the traffic log & report weekly to DOS,
- Manage CRM by ensuring all contacts are entered and exhausted. The Sales manager will follow up with all cold leads.
- Manage the BRP CSI and all social media reviews
- Train/coach the sales process on an ongoing basis
- Plan/facilitate weekly 30-minute product knowledge training schedule (twice a week),
- Schedule the training on the department google calendar in rhythm with product cycles,
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with each Sales Consultant,
- Target setting based on retail forecast for each Sales Consultant monthly with a weekly check-in,
- Contribute ideas and insight to marketing initiative,
- Manage gross margin on new units to achieve
- Review all discounts for necessity and training opportunities,
- Manage new leads over all channels to ensure a minimum 15 minute response time,

**Sales Manager Requirements**:

- Have at least five-years experience leading a sales team in a fast-paced, competitive environment,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean Driver’s Abstract.
- Knowledge in off-road, and marine vehicles
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent time management skill and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt in a fast paced, changing environment

**About Us**

Go Powersports Limited is a perennial top-ten BRP dealer in Canada and has four times been recognised as BRP’s district dealer of the year. In 2021 we were BRP’s National Off-Road Dealer of the Year for Canada.

We are the only authorized dealer in Western Nova Scotia for BRP and CFMoto. We sell CanAm off-road & on-road vehicles, SkiDoo snowmobiles and SeaDoo personal water craft and pontoon boats. We also sell and service Manitou and Alumacraft boats, Mercury outboard engines, and Sealver wave boats. We are Nova Scotia’s only Piaggio and Vespa scooter dealers.
