Created by Tire Chalet, western Canada’s largest (and most trusted) tire storage provider, Tire Trax offers an easy-to-use solution that helps tire storage providers (and dealerships) manage their tire inventory.

We are currently looking for a full-time Support Lead to join our rapidly growing team. This role is located in Winnipeg, MB. The position will be primarily office-based (at our warehouse), with the ability to eventually transition to working remotely. The Support Lead is an eager, self-starting, empathetic, curious, technical expert who will assist Tire Trax clients, partners and internal team members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle technical support calls and requests when required.
- Provide support to all Tire Trax users
- Actively participate in development meetings
- Provide support for product deployments
- Interact with clients and develop other external relationships
- Develop and produce regular status reports for the management team
- Manage access to our ticketing system
- All other duties as required

Qualifications:

- Team-oriented attitude to help clients and colleagues
- Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize numerous projects
- Ability to work independently.
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Analytical skills to study problems and identify solutions
- Ability to communicate in both French and English an asset
- Experience with ticketing software systems (Hubspot for example) an asset
