Job Summary

Xerox Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join its team as a Senior IT Engineer. This role will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and ensuring the seamless operation of the company's IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide Tier 3 support for Xerox's managed services, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring high levels of system performance and reliability.
  • Infrastructure Management: Administer, manage, and optimize infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
  • IT Project Management: Plan and execute IT projects, including system enhancements and migrations, with a focus on cloud environments.
  • Security and Compliance: Perform proactive system maintenance, security reviews, audits, upgrades, and optimization to ensure system integrity and security.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with stakeholders to create a platform roadmap and define priorities, and participate in after-hours on-call support rotation.
Requirements
  • Education: Completion of a post-secondary program in IT or a similar discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of related experience in System and Network Administration roles.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 and comprehensive knowledge of Azure Active Directory, as well as strong understanding of clustered and virtual storage solutions, and Hypervisor troubleshooting.
  • Soft Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and manage projects effectively.
