Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Team Lead to join our Application Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • Develop and maintain technical specifications and project plans
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent practices and processes
  • Report project statuses and progress to management
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and team leadership
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of software development methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in the group insurance industry is an asset
