**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE**:
**Organizational Design**:

- Assess and restructure organizational frameworks to align with business objectives and operational efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to design teams, processes, and structures that foster collaboration and innovation.

**Change Management**:

- Develop and implement change management strategies for large-scale transformations, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
- Deliver targeted interventions, including communication plans, training, and workshops to facilitate adoption and sustain change.

**Consultation & Strategic Advisory**:

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent strategies, workforce planning, and team dynamics.
- Facilitate sessions to enhance team effectiveness, leadership alignment, and cultural development.

**Performance Optimization**:

- Monitor and analyze organizational performance, recommending actionable strategies to improve outcomes.
- Design and implement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of organizational initiatives.

**THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION ARE**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of **5 years of experience** in organizational effectiveness, HR, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in **organizational design** and **change management**, with a proven track record of leading complex transformation projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
- Proficiency in HR systems and tools is an advantage.
- Different combinations of relevant experience and education may be considered.

**IDEAL CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience with **mergers and acquisitions** is a plus, including exposure to cultural integration and organizational alignment during M&A activities.
- Certification in organizational design or other relevant frameworks.
- Experience in diverse industries or multinational organizations is highly desirable.
