**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive financial support to BBM Sales team.
- Execute all tasks related to month-end financial analysis, including billing accruals, anomaly investigation, account reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Offer guidance on planning and forecasting, ensuring accurate revenue projections by month and product portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee precise reporting of revenues.
- Actively participate in the revenue recognition process, collaborating with sales and controllers teams to maximize revenue recognition through margin analysis.
- Assist with sales performance management and compensation
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis for senior management, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial results.
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

**Critical Qualifications**:

- Minimum of two years of financial or accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Capacity to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Professional accounting designation (CPA) or actively pursuing one.
- Familiarity with SAP, MicroStrategy and BI systems.
- Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles.
- Flexible schedule during quarter-end periods.
