Le groupe Finances gère le rendement et le profil de risque de Bell en recherchant l’équilibre entre les besoins des clients, des investisseurs et des employés et les facteurs de succès à long terme de l’entreprise. Nous collaborons étroitement avec les intervenants internes et externes afin de mettre au point et d’exécuter des plans qui soutiennent les objectifs stratégiques de l’entreprise et assurent sa viabilité financière.

**Résumé**:
**Principales responsabilités**:

- Préparer des rapports de gestion financière de fin de mois pour les directeurs financiers et commerciaux.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les Finances et les équipes Bell Marchés d’Affaires pour comprendre et évaluer les tendances commerciales et pour assurer l'exactitude et l'intégrité des résultats/indicateurs de performance financiers qui intègrent l'histoire de l'entreprise dans l'analyse des écarts
- Participer activement aux exercices de prévision et de planification, y compris les indicateurs de performance clés
- Travailler avec des partenaires commerciaux pour améliorer la trajectoire de la marge brute.
- Aider sur les projets ad hoc et l'analyse de rentabilisation pour diverses initiatives stratégiques afin d'améliorer la rentabilité.
- Assurer la liaison avec les équipes Finance, Offres, Ventes et Consolidation.
- Recommander, initier et mettre en œuvre des améliorations de processus.

**Qualifications essentielles**:

- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire de préférence avec un titre professionnel ou en voie d'obtention d'un titre.
- Orienté vers les résultats - capacité avérée à fournir un aperçu stratégique, analytique et critique.
- Souci du détail, avec une forte capacité d'organiser et de synthétiser de grandes quantités d'informations pour faciliter le processus de prise de décision pour l'équipe de direction.
- S'efforcer constamment d'améliorer les livrables - faire preuve de flexibilité et d'ingéniosité pour fournir des résultats dans des délais serrés, souvent dans un environnement en constante évolution.
- Capacité à résoudre avec succès les problèmes, à diagnostiquer les problèmes commerciaux et à fournir des solutions en temps opportun.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la présentation.
- Capacité à travailler en collaboration et à établir des relations solides dans l'ensemble de l'organisation.
- Des techniques avancées de modélisation financière (Excel, Macros, Visual Basics, Tableau, Alteryx, MicroStrategy, etc.) sont un atout.
- La connaissance de SAP, BI et BPC est préférable.
- Éthique de travail flexible, surtout pendant les cycles de fin de mois et de planification.
