By incorporating four different related trades into one company, we provide a smooth integration in the walls and ceilings division. We are currently looking for a full time Administrative/Accounting Assistant to join our team with immediate start

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Assisting Admin Support Manager with general administrative & some accounting tasks (when required)
- Manage timecards
- Coordinating mail and courier services
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Receives, responds to, and distributes correspondence as required
- Organize, maintain, and update databases
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Schedule site reviews

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years experience as Administrative Assistant in construction industry is an asset
- Attention to detail
- Ability to self-manage, to perform multiple tasks, and balance priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fast learner
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Personable and enjoys working with people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Familiar with QuickBooks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
