RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience with technology and willingness to learn new computer programs such as Harvest to track time spent on project to invoice appropriately.
- Organizing office operations and procedures.
- 3+ years of experience using programs including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
- Invoicing clients and maintaining payments from clients in a timely manner.
- Contacting clients when payments are delayed.
- Organizing files to allow code consultants to access these files with ease (paper and digital).
- Responding to clients in a timely manner.
- Assist with the preparation of project proposals.
- Reducing workload for code consultants to focus and complete proposals and reports in timely manner.
- Updating LinkedIn content on a consistent basis.

Expected QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills (paper and digital)
- Willingness to learn new computer programs and basic codes.
- Ability to liaise effectively with clients.
- Positive attitude to create a strong team dynamic and to grow the company.
- Preparing proposals.
- 3+ years using Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
- Must have previous experience as an Office Administrator/Coordinator

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
