Position Overview

The Administrative Officer at MASKEEN CONSTRUCTION LTD. plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various administrative tasks effectively.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and enhance administrative processes to improve efficiency.
  • Delegate tasks to office support personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Oversee daily administrative functions within the organization.
  • Manage policies and procedures regarding record releases in compliance with government access to information and privacy laws.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security.
  • Assist in the formulation of the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight.
  • Supervise and streamline office administrative procedures.
  • Administer payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Plan and monitor budget allocations and expenditures.
