We are looking for a personable and professional Corporate Services Coordinator to support our Toronto office. The Coordinator will be responsible for creating a positive first impression and superior customer experience when greeting visitors to the office and when communicating over the telephone. In this role, you will provide timely and proficient office administrative support to numerous departments, functional groups, and our management team.

**In this role, you will**:

- Ensure that office operations run smoothly by managing copiers, obtaining quotes and coordinating service calls as needed, managing supply inventory, and handling in-office cleaning and maintenance inquiries in a timely manner
- Manage both incoming and outgoing mail, as well as courier services and digital faxes
- Provide assistance with document management and preparation as needed for leaders, as well as proofreading documents and assisting with internal communications in support of our management team
- Provide support to our internal users by coordinating meeting room bookings and assisting them with the use of various equipment (conference calls, Microsoft Teams, HDMI compatibility, etc.)
- Take an active role in coordinating industry events and corporate networking events including booking meeting rooms and room set-up, catering, and invitations
- Assist with the onboarding process by coordinating the new hire set-up process and contributing new ideas to improve the employee experience and overall corporate culture
- Participate as an active member of the Health and Safety Committee to ensure the overall safety of staff during emergency situations
- Provide in-office support to other departments (coordinating hardware pickup or delivery for new employee arrivals, completing daily cheque deposits, setting up meetings, etc.)

**This role is for you if**:

- You have 1-2 years of office admin, hospitality, and/or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have excellent professional and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with staff and management
- You are able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively, and are driven by delivering results with a focus on exceeding expectations and being helpful whenever possible
- You take initiative and work proactively, and can work independently but also as a team
- You have a passion for event and meeting coordination
- You are relatively tech savvy and are a proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Power Point
- You are excited and motivated to learn and grow by taking on additional responsibilities
- You have (or are currently completing) your degree, or possess a diploma/certificate in office administration is a big asset
