Job Title: Business Development Lead

Location: 180 Cree Crescent

Dimatec Inc. is a Canadian manufacturer of high-quality metal-bond diamond tools and related down-the-hole drilling equipment. Our products are used globally by the mineral exploration, geotechnical survey, and oil and gas industries. We are committed to providing exceptional products and creating meaningful connections with our customers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development member to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategically working to develop business opportunities with existing and new customers and new markets.
- Creatively uses marketing strategies and techniques to raise the value proposition of Dimatec to existing and new customers and markets.
- Optimized the data presentation and calendar management for meaningful selling interactions for Management and Inside Sales Representatives.
- Maintains and updates the customer relationship management software.
- Maintains strategically selected social media platforms for Dimatec. (LinkedIn, You Tube, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok)
- Liason between Management and the Canadian Trade Commission Officers, Export Development Canada, and Royal Bank Global Connect/Trade Club.
- Reports to Management every week on key performance indicators and metrics to set strategic priorities.
- Other duties as required.

**Qualification**
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, related field, or 3 years of related experience.
- Proficient reading, writing, computational, creative, and critical thinking skills.
- Engaged reader of business and leadership-related books.
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft products as well as mobile communication devices.

**Key Competencies**
- Proven track record in business development, sales, and customer acquisition.
- Strong understanding of market expansion strategies and business growth tactics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and develop actionable plans.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
