Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

· Develop and nurture strategic relationships and partnerships with key clients, including

· Key Account Sectors include, but are not limited to:

o Social program administrators

o Nurse in Charge and community travel clerks

o Nutrition North vendors and partners

o Passenger, and cargo customers

· Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify business opportunities across business segments

· Meet quarterly with key account customers to review operational performance and growth opportunities

· Actively participate in comprehensive RFP responses including proposal writing and development of detailed pricing tables

· Work collaboratively with other teams to identify new and innovative services and opportunities that will disrupt competitors and increase revenue and market share

· Monitor and analyze competitive environment, including destinations, rates and customers

· Actively participate in the Company’s Safety Management System

· Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Education, Experience and Certifications

· Diploma or post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing or Economics, a related field or equivalent experience

· 3+ years of experience in a customer centric sales role, partnerships, or business development role

· Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations

· High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel) with experience in Business Intelligence considered an asset

· Knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis processes

· Aviation experience is considered an asset

· Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training considered an asset

Working Conditions

· Physically able to perform all listed job duties

· Travel by aircraft and other means as required by role

· Work performed primarily in an office environment

· Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and telephone

· Work performed in multiple environments; contact with staff and the general public

· Ability to attend offsite work events as required (e.g. meet with clients and partners, and attend industry events)
