Competitive compensation: We believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and dedication. That's why we offer competitive compensation to support our team. This position also qualifies for commuting allowance, free parking and a current pay range of $31.93 - $34.66 per hour based on a 37.5 hour work week.

**DUTIES**:
The Parking & Curbside Services Assistant will assist with the operation of HIAA's Parking & Curbside Services program. Key duties will include:

- Participate in the annual Airport Car Service Licensing renewal/vehicle inspection process by collecting and verifying required documentation in addition to collecting annual license fees
- Update Airport Car Service License Holders & Sponsored Drivers records in database
- Create and maintain listing of Airport Car Service License Holders who offer pre-arranged services
- Create and maintain contact group listings for Airport Car Service License Holders and Sponsored Drivers in Outlook
- Record and track customer wait times
- Maintain a monthly database for car service commercial curb activity
- Support the Parking & Curbside Services Manager by assisting with parking and curbside services issues as they arise

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-secondary education in business, banking or airport operations
- Strong computer skills with a focus on MS Office (Word, Excel) and Outlook
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with license renewals, preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage difficult situations and/or people
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to monitor information and maintain a high standard of attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to follow established processes/procedures
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic working relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions and follow up
- Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
