Over 80 physicians and specialists, alongside a broad roster of complementary health care disciplines, provide health and lifestyle management services on site and by video consult for individuals, families and organizations. Our team of 700+ staff see clients virtually and physically from our downtown Toronto and Oakville clinics.

Referrals Coordinator

The Role:
The Goal:

- Deliver exceptional administrative back office support to clients and health care providers.

The Accountabilities:

- Coordinate follow up care from appointments
- Work with Physicians and Nurses in managing client care
- Coordinate with other staff to ensure exceptional delivery of service
- Answer patient calls from assigned phone queues
- Perform other administrative functions including faxing, printing, scanning and mailing to patients and other health care providers and facilities

The Requirements:

- Prior experience in an administrative or client service position
- Experience in a Medical Office position is an asset
- Medical Office Administration diploma is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal and electronic communication skills
- Proficient in Outlook
- Exceptional client service skills
- Sound knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience with Accuro EMR and Salesforce is a plus

The role reports to the Team Lead, Referrals and hybrid opportunity to work from home with some requirement to be in office as needed.
