BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

- Undergraduate or Graduate degree (B.Comm, BBA, MBA or equivalent) in progress
- Applicants will be required to provide current transcripts
- Applicants are required to be returning to school in the Fall
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to deliver assignments with a value-add mind-set
- Automotive work and previous work experience considered an asset

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES COULD INCLUDE**:
The Technician Recruitment, Retention and Recognition Summer Intern for 2023 could be involved in the following projects:

- Assist Ford of Canadas’s Technical Training Manager in the development and implementation of the Ford of Canada Technician Recruitment/Retention/Recognition strategy, including:

- Development of Dealer and Technical school-facing material
- Interface with Digital Marketing team to redesign/develop new Technician Recruitment pages on Ford.ca
- Coordinate the relaunch the Automotive Career Exploration (ACE) initiative working with other Ford of Canada groups
- Development of written process and tracking for FoC’s vehicle/component donation program
- Development of enhanced Technician Recognition initiatives
