**Operations Coordinator**

**What to expect in this role on a given day**:
In this exciting role, you will bring strong organizational, administrative and customer service skills to ensure that everything is in order to successfully meet expectations of compliance projects and executive support. This person will be on a hybrid schedule, working in the Oakville office 3-4 days a week. We are a growing organization that works with teams across the globe. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with preparing for and facilitating meetings, conferences, programs and/or projects.
- Reviewing administrative work procedures, policies & operational methods, identifies and documents issues and best practices, conducts appropriate audit mechanisms, financial and performance metrics reporting providing a high level of administrative support for top level executive(s)
- Compiling information for reports or presentations
- Preparing of charts, graphs, tables, or ad-hoc spreadsheets/word documents
- Collaborating with team on administering the ISO Certification process
- Providing support to our Leadership team

**You will be a good fit for this position if you**:
The successful Operations Coordinator will have a HS Diploma or equivalent, University/College degree in business or related field preferred. Your proficiency with Excel reporting, ability to work with internal/external customers and attention to detail will benefit you in this role as you are coordinating logistics on special projects, creating reports and working with various organizational levels. In addition, you will bring with you:

- Have 2+ years of operations/administrative experience
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Have a detail-oriented mindset, are customer-focused, have strong written and verbal communication
- Have dealt with highly confidential and sensitive information.
