**What you will do**
- Create and implement effective recruiting strategies, plans, and processes to attract professional, technical and management level talent.
- Conduct intake calls with hiring leaders to understand requirements and correctly target and screen applicants.
- Use internal and external networks to leverage standard methodologies in recruitment and selection.
- Respond to inquiries regarding employment opportunities.
- Optimize efficiency of the recruitment process by making recommendations and implementing improvements.

**What will you need to succeed?**
- Post-secondary education equivalent to a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or a related field. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 4 years of full cycle recruiting experience within a fast-paced environment.
- CHRP, RPR, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter is considered an asset.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS). Workday experience is highly desired.
