**Job Summary**:This position is responsible for working closely with the Client Service and Sales teams and for providing day-to day support.

**Responsibilities and Duties includes but is not limited to**:

- Prepare sales proposals, orders, revisions, cancellations in sales proposal and traffic system
- Assist with sales proposals and presentations for clients
- Data collection and research duties
- Compile reports for Account Executives such as spot placement, target lists, and lead generation
- Manage contract discrepancies, shifts and revision requests
- Assist with collections for accounts receivables
- Conduct inside sales
- Coordinate information flow and activity for sales between departments (including but not limited to Traffic, Production, Finance, Marketing)
- Support Account Executives when required
- Other duties and ad-hoc projects as required.
- Assist in managing sales leads in CRM.
- Salsa Responsibilities: Vendor cold calling, vendor follow-up on requests for information, closing vendor deals and booking in Adventure/Wide Orbit, helping with vendor booth assignments, managing Salsa vendor paperwork including securing deposits, and ensuring proper vendor licensing.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- 3-5 years broadcast experience in a sales, traffic, and/or agency role
- Experience with WideOrbit is strong asset
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to find and implement unique and creative solutions
- Expert computer skills including knowledge and competency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Experience with CRM software
- A high degree of accuracy, attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work under the pressures of tight deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong initiative and self motivated, with ability to work both independently and on team
- Experience in broadcast media and multilingual abilities, specifically French would be a distinct advantage

**Physical & Psychological Working Conditions/Requirements**:

- The work is performed in an office environment which requires long periods of sitting and use of computer screens. Minimal lifting, bending, and crouching required.
- This work may also be performed in an On-site production environment
- Deadline pressures, stress of multi-tasking, communicating and interacting diplomatically with clients, supervisors and co-workers in regard to responsibilities, job progress, issues are demanding aspects.
- Respect, honesty and sound work ethics are important attributes.
- Accuracy, attention to detail and focus on day-to-day activities and interactions required
- Professional demeanor always when dealing with clients, employees and others

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $45,000.00 per year
