Reporting to the Regional Surgical Services Program Director with a matrix report to the TBRHSC Director of

Surgery and Chief of Surgery, the Regional Central Intake Administrator is essential to the success of the TBRHSC and Regional Surgical Services programs.

- Responsible for acting as an access point for external resources; data collection and analysis; monitoring OR and

Endo wait times on behalf of the chief of surgery.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure ongoing evaluation and continued streamlining of

coordinated access to care

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Experience:

- Secondary School Graduation Diploma with a certificate in Secretarial Arts/Office Administration or equivalent

experience (3 years minimum)
- Previous adult education and program development, implementation and evaluation experience

Skills/Abilities:

- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, prioritize and meet deadlines, and work independently with members

- Has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and foster relationships with individuals from various and

diverse backgrounds, both within and outside of organization
- Is a self starter, has initiative required to act under mínimal supervision, multitask and prioritize to meet various

- Proficiency in Novari eRequest and Access to Care (ATC) software, Microsoft Office Suite Programs and

Groupwise required.

- Experience in regional health care with a working knowledge of local and regional health care systems.

Salary Range: $35.674 to 41.97
