Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales & Team management
- Consultant Onboarding & Training
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain relationships with suppliers
- Back office support
- Marketing, Promotions & Events
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Experience in training development is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical position is preferred
**Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving abilities
We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
