We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our growing team at Koo Inc. This job is unique in that you will be working with managing the tech ticket board as well as working with our affiliate companies in managing maintenance projects for several properties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and track information, communications, and documents for assigned projects.
- Efficiently manage ticket board, prioritize tasks, establish timelines, and effectively communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of work orders.
- Proactively follow up on outstanding jobs, creating quotes as necessary and overseeing their completion within designated timelines.
- Collaborate with property management teams and subcontractors to expedite the resolution of maintenance issues.
- Interact with suppliers, vendors, contractors, property managers, and other key stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner, providing updates and collaborating effectively.
- Create invoices for completed projects and send them through the appropriate channels.
- Ensure contractors and vendors are paid accurately and promptly.
- Answer incoming telephone calls courteously and professionally, directing them to the relevant parties as required.
- Execute any additional duties as assigned by the management team.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle to visit sites.
- A Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration is preferred.
- Previous experience in project coordination, preferably with a focus on technology integration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and handling inquiries and concerns.
- Knowledge of property maintenance and repair processes, including familiarity with relevant regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- A proactive mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
