**Position Overview**
Based at Cabot’s home office in Toronto, the Coordinator, Real Estate Marketing will report to the Director, Real Estate Marketing, and will be a part of a dynamic growing team embodying Cabot’s values of confidence, authenticity, humility and warmth.

In this role, you’ll work on a variety of projects to promote Cabot’s growing collection of luxury gold and real estate developments. This role will support the Manager & Director of Real Estate Marketing to ensure an effective marketing strategy is in place to drive successful sales leads. These roles will include copywriting, website updates, media initiatives, analytics, presentations and other duties as assigned.
**Core Accountabilities**:
- Support Manager & Director in the overal marketing strategy
- Ensure all supporting real estate documents are up to date (brochures & homeowner packages etc.)
- Assist with website maintenance
- Liase with agencies to ensure assets are delivered
- Provide analytics through paid media agency and HubSpot
- Perform competitive analyses and reporting
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure marketing content calendar is up to date
**Skills**:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Resourceful, detail-oriented and solutions-driven
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a larger team
- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and see them from concept to completion
- Strong relationship development skills
**Education and Work Experience**
- 2+ years work experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Public Relations
- Previous experience working in social content development is an asset
- Experience working for luxury and/or hospitality brands an asset
- Experience working in fast-paced environments under pressure
