We service our customers from four farms in Ontario and one in British Columbia with a total land base of over 800 acres. BTN specializes in building full-service programs in the following categories: Flowering Shrubs, Evergreens, Broadleaf Evergreens, Holiday Greens, Vines, Perennials, Trees, Small Fruits and Tropicals.

We have an exciting one year contract for an organized, and motivated individual to be a part of our strong Niagara team

This is a one year contract (covering a Maternity Leave) reporting to the General Manager, the Office Coordinator will assist with day to day administrative tasks among all departments of BTN Niagara. Some of the main responsibilities include Financial Stewardship, Accounts Payable Activities, Data Management, and Payroll at BTN’s Niagara Division. This role will be responsible for preparing reports, ensuring compliance requirements, and working on other projects as needed.

As a member of the BTN Team, the Office Coordinator will work closely with all departments. Great communication and the ability to work in a team environment is a must.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**:

- Processing Payroll and running Reports daily
- Processing Invoices for the division
- Monitoring and ordering supplies as needed
- Providing support for Data Management and basic IT support locally
- Assisting with onboarding new employees as needed
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Creating Purchase Orders for the Division
- Keeping Minutes for Meetings and distributing them to staff as needed
- Assisting with special projects when needed

**JOB SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Systems and process driven
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent verbal, and written/digital communication skills
- Excellent computer skills - Excel and SAP focused, able to learn new software systems
- Promote a positive, safe, professional, and productive work environment
- Possess excellent math skills
- Ability to work in fluctuating indoor/outdoor temperatures & conditions
- Ability to Speak Spanish is an asset/ not a requirement
- Ability to work with strict deadlines
- Self motivated
