**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer inbound customer calls and provide professional, friendly service.
- Schedule and coordinate service technicians efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Communicate job details and scheduling updates to both customers and technicians.
- Track service calls in our system, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Work closely with maintenance & projects coordinator, estimator, field technicians, and management to maintain seamless workflow.
- Problem-solve scheduling conflicts and urgent service requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service history in our system.

- **Understanding of Plumbing & Heating**: Familiarity with plumbing and heating terminology to accurately assess job requirements, assign the appropriate technician, and estimate the time needed for completion.
- **Strong Communicator**: Clear, concise, and professional communication with customers and team members.
- **Organized & Detail-Oriented**: Typing proficiency with attention to detail in data entry and tracking.
- **Calm Under Pressure**: Occasionally we can experience high call volumes during extreme weather conditions. Ability to remain calm under pressure is valuable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
