**About You**

You are an energetic, self-starter who genuinely cares about your work. You are detail-oriented and can perform a variety of integrated digital and inbound marketing and social media functions to increase the company’s visibility through the development and distribution of information and materials. You are never afraid to ask questions or roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

Reporting to our Marketing Specialist, as the Marketing Coordinator, you will develop and curate original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers while promoting our brands and services. You will be responsible for delivering effective and engaging communications and content; creating, editing, and posting written, photo and video content to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase overall sales. The Marketing Coordinator will work with a small team who are collectively focused on the growth and development of marketing strategies in conjunction with the organization’s strategic plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple social media platforms for all our brands daily including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, and YouTube.
- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including the copywriting, creative, generating, and scheduling of posts.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
- Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
- Develop and curate social media contests & giveaways.
- Manage efforts in building online engagement.
- Creating, optimizing, testing, and reporting advertising campaigns; reports to management showing results (ROI).
- Generating leads & conversions through social media marketing strategies.
- Developing and implementing short and long-term marketing strategies and advertising campaigns to create and increase brand awareness.
- Work alongside drivers and staff to develop marketing opportunities.
- Monitor online reviews, investigate, and respond to each review.
- Ability to assess audience/customer needs and develop content strategies to meet specific needs.
- Provide tactical communications support including developing print and electronic campaign materials and writing internal and external newsletters, posters, and web content.
- Online marketing budget management
- Additional tasks as required.

**Competencies**:

- Exceptional and demonstrable written and oral communications skills in all mediums.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of running, optimizing, testing, and reporting social media ads.
- Experience with online acquisition such as AdWords and reporting tools including Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Twitter Analytics.
- Experience with a social media scheduling and listening tool such as Hootsuite or similar.
- Developing digital marketing plans and analyzing marketing campaigns.
- Ability to take direction and constructive criticism from upper management.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Excellent time management and workflow skills.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications, or related fields preferred.
- 1+ year of related social media and digital marketing experience required.
- Above average proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics an asset.
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills in all mediums.
- Experience with various software programs such as HubSpot and MailChimp.
- Experience working with video editing software an asset.
