The primary responsibility of the Sample Coordinator is the coordination of samples and marketing literature. This position will manage the organization of physical samples and literature as well as the shipping/tracking of samples. The Sample Coordinator will need to be detail oriented, and be comfortable physically putting the sample boxes together, as well as working online to schedule shipments, and work within our CRM.

**Job Duties**
- Manage marketing material inventory and quantities on hand
- Coordinate materials and samples between plant, marketing, and sales team needs
- Trim and prepare physical samples, and sample packages
- Print and prepare literature and portfolios
- Pack and accurately document samples for shipping according to proper specifications
- Communicate pertinent information with all necessary parties in a timely manner
- Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation databases & CRM
- Scheduling shipments with courier third party sites
- Additional responsibilities are assigned by the Manager as necessary

**Requirements**:

- A college diploma in business administration or in a related field preferably with a specialization in sales or marketing, _a plus /not required_
- Personable, presentable and articulate

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55-$18.11 per hour
