**Salary Range**: $70,000 to $80,000

**Job Summary**:
The Clinic Manager for our outpatient Concussion and Pain Clinics oversee the day-to-day operations of clinics. This position involves managing all clinic staff, ensuring efficient supply procurement, monitoring, and reporting clinic outcomes, and actively participating in leadership and team meetings. The Clinic Manager is responsible for upholding the clinic's commitment to quality patient care, compliance with clinical guidelines, and cost-effective strategies. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with senior management on revenue enhancement strategies and maintaining a focus on health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure optimal staffing levels required to meet patient needs and maintain operational efficiency. This includes determining the number of administrative personnel needed during different shifts or days of the week.

2. Approve vacation requests based on operational requirements and reviews staff time sheets prior to submitting to accounting for payroll processing.

3. Contribute to the creation and implementation of clinic-specific policies and procedures that align with industry standards and regulations.

4. Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives with clinical staff to identify opportunities for operational improvement, implement changes, and monitor their effectiveness.

5. Collaborate with Human Resources to initiate the recruitment process. This involves participation in interviews and ensures proper training of clinic staff.

6. Responsible for providing ongoing training, feedback, identifies areas for improvement, and recognizes outstanding performance. Conduct probationary and performance evaluations for administrative staff, with the support if Human Resources.

7. Foster a positive work environment and team cohesion to establish a culture of collaboration, open communication, and mutual support among all staff.

8. Assist Human Resources in gathering information for investigations and performance management when necessary.

9. Promote a culture of patient safety by encouraging staff to report incidents, near-misses, and errors.

10. Implements systems for collecting patient feedback and monitor patient satisfaction and address patient satisfaction concerns. Escalate complex issues to senior management for resolution, where appropriate.

11. Ensure that all clinical staff adhere to the organization’s policies and best practices. This includes regularly reviewing and updating protocols as needed.

12. Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for improvement within the clinic. Work within budget constraints to implement revenue enhancement opportunities.

13. Monitor changes with providers and ensure their integration into clinic operations.

14. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, guidelines, and acts within the clinic and report any concerns to the health and safety committee and HR.

15. Other related duties as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
- Three to five years of experience in clinic or healthcare management, preferably in outpatient settings.

- Ability to manage and balance management/administrative demands and team dynamics in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong organizational skills
- The ability to achieve deadlines within timelines while balancing multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Provincial healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
