Key Responsibilities

Assign healthcare workers to specific projects and programs
Coordinate the delivery of healthcare services within the department
Direct and control daily operations
Evaluate daily operations
Plan and control budget and expenditures
Plan and organize daily operations
Review budgets and spending to ensure departments operate within funding limits
Establish and implement policies and procedures for delivery of healthcare services
Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff
Develop evaluation systems to monitor healthcare services
Oversee the analysis of data and information
Oversee the preparation of reports
Co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses, and other staff
Consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials

Requirements

Earned doctorate degree or equivalent experience
5 years or more of experience in clinical psychology or a related field
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
