The Operations Manager In Training position prepares an individual for the Operations Manager position. The job of our Operations Manager is to ensure that our members receive exceptional service from a happy, friendly staff in a clean and well-maintained facility. Operations Managers hire, train, develop, and supervise all Front Desk, Kids Club, and Janitorial staff, resolve all membership issues, update past due accounts, manage payroll and supplies budget, and uphold company standards. Hours Monday/Tuesday 9-6pm, Fri/Sat/Sun 8-5pm.

The position requires a 4 year college degree, and/or management experience.
