**Role**

As a Personal Training Manager, you will report directly to the Club General Manager and focus on managing the Personal Training department. You will strive continuously to improve the Personal Training Program by coordinating, supervising and managing daily operations.

You are a highly motivated individual who is dedicated to each member’s health journey so that they have a positive Movati experience. You will oversee training methods and ensure training plans are tailored to reflect our members personal goals and health concerns.

You are also highly organized and driven You are responsible for monthly Personal Training P&L management and developing strategies and business plans in partnership with corporate PT Leader and General Manager to meet sales goals and targets. You will also monitor key performance metrics daily to ensure Fitness Consultants and Personal Trainers are achieving or exceeding Personal Training sales and session delivery objectives.

A Personal Training Manager is a fun role as you get to change members lives each and every day Part of this fulfillment is also leading a team of Personal Trainers by providing managerial oversight that promotes a positive work environment for your team.
