Zenon Build is a full service Mechanical and Electrical design build company located in the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island, BC. We specialize in pre-fabrication, modular systems and installation of large scale design build residential and commercial projects.

Your role may include, but will not be limited to:

- Ensure all required permits and licenses are applied for and updated.
- Set-up, monitor and update project material and labour schedules.
- Coordinate trades on site.
- Schedule trades on site and review trades work progress based on a construction schedule.
- Order materials as required and schedule deliveries to site.
- Assist the Project Manager with distributing, compiling, pricing, tracking, follow up and logging of project change orders.
- Assist in the timely collection of closeout documents and closeout of all projects.
- Work with suppliers and collect quotes on supplies, materials and equipment, review take-offs, checking for mathematical and specification alignment.
- Assist in the tracking progress of trades work along with project progress.
- Manage basic project correspondence, organize project files, and issue documents to the wider project team members.
- Book inspections when required
- Process project RFI’s and be able to create and follow up on Mechanical RFI’s
- Process project Site Instructions, issue them to trades, vendors and site team. The coordinator shall interpret the instruction and assist with preparing any estimates/quotes for the Project Manager to review and submit
- Conduct site visits and prepare a progress report for the Project Manager to review for Billing purposes
- Prepare documents for O&M Manuals when required

**Job Types**: Freelance, Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
