Job Responsibilities
Repair and Maintenance Coordinator
The primary responsibilities of the role are:
- Perform periodic condition inspections of the properties we manage.
- Analyze and troubleshoot repair and maintenance requests.
- Dispatch appropriate trades to complete work when necessary.
- Monitoring trade progress and ensuring timely completion.
- Obtain quotes and approvals on required repairs and maintenance.
- Communicate directly with and establish positive rapport with owners, tenants and contractors.
- After hours emergency call rotation.
Skills and Qualifications
An interest and knowledge of basic residential construction and maintenance.
Must hold a BC driver’s license in good standing and have strong interpersonal skills (oral and written) to communicate with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
A minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in a construction or maintenance role. Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and problem solve.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am. to 5 pm
Pay: $55,000.00 per year
