Buffalo Inspection Services is on the hunt for top-level talent and is looking for a **Full Time** **Accounts Receivable Coordinator **to join our growing team in our Edmonton, Alberta corporate office.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Timely processing of customer billings which include, but are not limited to:

- When required, submit billed invoicing and related documents in customer online portals such as: Open Invoice, Coupa, Cortex, Ariba and etc.
- Monitor and follow up on the approval status of billings submitted in online work order software.
- Process customer credit note requests and prepare customer account reconciliations.
- Issue monthly customer statements as required/requested.
- Respond to related customer inquiries on a timely basis.
- Retrieve the month-end unbilled data on WD +6 to review with the Senior Accountant
- Assist with other accounting duties as requested by the Senior Accountant or Corporate Controller.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Post-secondary certificate in accounting or a suitable combination of related work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience processing accounts receivable, specifically billing.
- Previous experience with Navision is an asset.
- Understanding of best practices in an accounting control environment and office administration
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills. This position requires clear and concise interaction with customers, business partners, company staff, and management.
- Focus and concentration are required, and accuracy is imperative.
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands (multi-task) and meet daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly accounts receivable deliverables.
