**Accounts Receivable/Billing Coordinator**

This position also supports Yellowhead Aggregates and Sureway Trucking.
**Location**: Edmonton, AB (9175 - 14 Street) Please note: there is no direct access to public transportation.
**Hours**: Monday-Friday; 40 hours per week
**Essential**:Extensive Experience with High Volume Accounts Receivable**, **Professional, Resourceful, Reliable
**Accounts Receivable/Billing Coordinator** Functions/Responsibilities**:
- Daily invoicing including; reconciliation, sending invoicing pre-lists for approval, and creating and issuing invoices to customers
- Overseeing collection of outstanding accounts receivable including; calling customers to follow up on overdue amounts, preparing and sending monthly customer statements, processing credit card payments from customers, liaising with legal team to collect on overdue accounts
- Preparing and distributing an aged accounts receivable report on a semi-monthly basis for Sil Industrial Minerals, Yellowhead Aggregates and Sureway Trucking Inc. including comments pertaining to status of collection of overdue amounts.

**Accounts Receivable/Billing Coordinator** Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience**:
- Experience in a billing and/or collections role is required
- Experience with Explorer Eclipse accounting software is an asset
- Experience in the sand or aggregates industry is an asset
- Experience with MS Excel is required; intermediate level (or higher) proficiency is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple demands concurrently
- Occasional after hour or weekend work may be required
