Work Arrangement: Hybrid: You’ll work both remote and onsite, where time onsite is based on your job accountabilities and performance objectives.

**As ATB’s next **Program Manager, Inclusion & Reconciliation,** you will be responsible for supporting our efforts to create a more inclusive and diverse workplace, and support in the development and implementation of programming that promotes reconciliation with Indigenous peoples.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to develop and implement strategies to create a more inclusive and diverse workplace
- Support initiatives that promote reconciliation with Indigenous peoples, in alignment with our organization's values and principles
- Utilize data and analytics to dashboard progress on deliverables, manage projects, programs, and budgets, and support coordinated business efforts related to inclusion and reconciliation efforts
- Provide guidance and support to our organization to ensure that we are meeting and exceeding standards for inclusion and reconciliation
- Utilize data to inform the development of inclusive programs and partnerships
- Supports and leads in maintaining project schedule, budget, work plan, KPIs, documentation and other metrics, including providing insights into project delivery plans and facilitating communication between project stakeholders
- Engages in support of product/project/initiative launch, and transition period after deployment
- Ensures timely delivery of reports/analysis and proactively communicates any barriers
- Serve as a liaison with external organizations and communities to build relationships and identify opportunities for partnership and collaboration related to inclusion and reconciliation
- Work in a matrixed environment to deliver on enterprise-wide initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field such as business, social work, human resources, or psychology
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data reporting, visualization, and dashboarding tools
- Experience with project and program management
- Familiarity with financial analysis and risk management
- Understanding of technology and operational risk
- Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional teaming
- Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem-solve in complex situations
- Strong leadership skills, with a focus on empathy, storytelling, vision design and delivery, and influence
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage expectations
