**Influencer Marketing Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute data-driven influencer strategies to secure product reviews, social media exposure, and long-term partnerships.
- Research and identify potential influencers across various social media platforms, considering factors such as audience demographics, engagement rates, and content relevance.
- Proactively outreach and collaborate with Multi-Channel Networks, fostering partnerships with influencers under their umbrella to expand our reach and diversify our influencer network.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers and Multi-Channel Networks.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive briefs for each influencer marketing campaign, ensuring clarity on key objectives, messaging, and deliverables.
- Conduct evaluations of influencer-generated content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines, quality standards, and campaign objectives.
- Demonstrate exceptional project management skills to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and resources efficiently.
- Provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
- Implement alternative outreach strategies, such as engaging with micro-influencers and targeting followers of competitors’ social media pages.

**Requirements**:

- 4 years practical experience in influencer marketing activities and campaign execution
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing ( nice to have)
- Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
- In depth knowledge of social media marketing industry
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
- Well organized with great time management skills
- Outstanding project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Networking aptitude
