**Key Responsibilities**:

- Marketing Strategy Development:

- Design a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with PosiTrace's business objectives, focusing on generating MQLs.
- Identify and deeply understand our ICP to ensure targeted and effective marketing efforts.
- Execution and Optimization:

- Hands-on implementation of marketing campaigns across selected channels, continuously optimizing for higher conversion rates.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, particularly MQL generation, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet and exceed goals.
- Content Creation and Thought Leadership:

- Produce and manage the creation of engaging content and thought leadership pieces that attract the right audience and establish PosiTrace as an industry leader.
- Utilize content to drive inbound interest and increase the volume of MQLs.
- Future Team Development:

- Lay the foundation for and eventually lead the development of a marketing team as PosiTrace grows, ensuring scalability in our marketing efforts.
