We are seeking a Rental Property Manager who will contribute to Ascent’s commitment to best-in-class service with owners and tenants to maintain & grow a portfolio of rental properties.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- MUST POSSESS A BCFSA LICENSE TO PROVIDE RENTAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES
- A BCFSA License to provide Rental property management services
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment
- Fast learner and driven by self-improvement
- Demonstrate superior client service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language
- Have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- BC Driver's License and a licensed vehicle
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide positive customer relations and deal promptly and professionally with resident concerns
- Show suites to prospective tenants
- Perform move-in and move-out inspections
- Conduct regular building and suite inspections and follow up with any maintenance required
- Ensure on-site records up-to-date
- Liaise with contractors and other suppliers obtaining quotes for work required
- Review payables and receivables; rent roll reports; monthly financial statements
- Distribute tenant's correspondences such as rent increase notifications, letters and memos
- Assist as required with After hours emergencies
- Coordinate with property accountants
- Perform any other duties as required or assigned
This position is Full-Time. Our portfolio consists of properties in Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, the Tri-Cities & Fraser Valley.
A competitive salary is offered based on experience. Benefits provided include medical, dental and LTD.
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
